How to get a refund from Kling AI
Paid Kling AI for a plan or credits you never got, or got billed after you cancelled? Here's what Kling AI's own policy says, where to ask, and how to write a request that actually gets handled.
What Kling AI's refund policy says
Terms of Paid Service: once a membership or credit purchase is activated, the fee is non-refundable, and fees are also non-refundable if the service is suspended or terminated unless the terms say otherwise. Credits can't be redeemed for cash, but credits for a failed generation are returned to your account. Subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel before the billing cycle ends. If Kling discontinues its services, it will refund prepaid, unused services. No refund window in days is stated. App Store / Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in those stores.
How to request it: Cancel first (web: Manage my subscription > Cancel subscription; or Apple/Google if bought in an app). Then email support@kling.ai, or use Customer Support at the bottom right of the website, or Contact Us in the app menu.
Bought it through the Apple App Store or Google Play? Those purchases are refunded through Apple or Google, not Kling AI directly.

- Kling AI's official page — “If you fail to cancel the subscription in a timely manner, the payment channel will continue to deduct the service fee for the next and the subsequent billing cycle”
- Kling AI's official page — “If the generation fails, the corresponding Credits will be refunded.”
- Kling AI's official page — “We may decide to discontinue our Services, but if we do, we will give you advance notice and a refund for any prepaid, unused Services.”

Where to ask
Support channels change. If one of these doesn't work, check Kling AI's own help center.
How to write your request
- Lead with the facts: what you paid, the date, the amount, and the plan or credits you bought.
- Say exactly what you didn't get — the plan never activated, credits are missing, or you were billed after cancelling.
- Include your order or invoice number and any ticket number you already have.
- Ask for one clear outcome: a refund of a specific amount, or the plan/credits applied to your account.
- Keep it calm and short. Organized requests get resolved; angry ones get routed to the back of the line.
If they don't answer
- Reply on the same ticket or email thread instead of starting a new one, so your history stays attached.
- Keep a record of every message and every reply (screenshots help).
- If a week passes with no real answer, send a short, firm follow-up that restates the facts and gives a clear deadline.
