Terms of Service

1. The service

ResolveMyAI is a self-help tools-and-templates service that helps you organize a billing or service complaint, draft correspondence, assemble evidence, and prepare a payment dispute. It does not act as your agent or representative and does not contact any platform, bank, or card issuer for you.

If a platform has banned your account or permanently closed it, ResolveMyAI cannot help you get it reinstated. That isn't a service we offer, and our tools will not draft reinstatement requests or ban appeals. ResolveMyAI is for billing and service problems: money you paid for something you didn't receive.

2. Not legal advice

ResolveMyAI does not provide legal advice. Templates, AI output, and educational content are starting points you review, edit, and use at your own discretion. See our Legal Disclaimer.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Dispute outcomes are uncertain. We do not guarantee any refund or result, and filing a dispute may lead a platform to suspend or close your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and never fabricate facts.
• Use the service only for your own genuine disputes and only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or make knowingly false claims.
• Comply with the terms of the platforms and payment providers you interact with.

5. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

7. Intellectual property

ResolveMyAI and its templates are owned by us and licensed to you for your personal use in pursuing your own disputes. Content you create or upload remains yours.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for losses arising from your use of the service. See our Legal Disclaimer.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes bump the version above and you may be prompted to accept them. Governing law and dispute-resolution terms will be specified for your jurisdiction.
