This policy covers ResolveMyAI's own Pro subscription. It is separate from any dispute you pursue against another platform using our tools.

Cancellation is simple

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops all future charges — no retention offers, no hoops. This reflects the consumer-friendly cancellation principles behind laws like ROSCA and state automatic-renewal statutes.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith. Where required by applicable consumer law, we honor your statutory refund and cancellation rights.

Auto-renewal disclosure

Pro is an automatically renewing subscription: it renews each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You will be told the price and billing cadence before you subscribe, consistent with clear-disclosure requirements.
