ResolveMyAI is a self-help tool, not legal advice

ResolveMyAI provides document templates, organizational tools, AI-assisted drafting, and general educational information to help you pursue a billing or service complaint yourself. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and no content it generates should be treated as such.

We are not a law firm or a regulated intermediary

ResolveMyAI is not a law firm, lawyer-referral service, credit repair organization, debt collector, debt settlement company, or financial advisor. We do not act as your agent or representative, and we do not contact platforms, banks, or card issuers on your behalf. You decide what to send, and you send it yourself.

We don't reinstate banned or closed accounts

If a platform has banned your account or permanently closed it, ResolveMyAI cannot help you get it reinstated. That isn't a service we offer, and our tools will not draft reinstatement requests or ban appeals. ResolveMyAI is for billing and service problems: money you paid for something you didn't receive.

No guarantee of any outcome

Chargebacks, refunds, and dispute outcomes are uncertain and depend on facts and decisions outside our control. ResolveMyAI does not guarantee any refund, recovery, resolution, or result. Success indicators in the app are informational estimates based on the completeness of your evidence — they are not predictions or guarantees.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback can have consequences, including the platform suspending or permanently closing your account, or pursuing the disputed amount. Weigh these risks and export anything you need before you file.

Educational information is general

References to laws such as the Fair Credit Billing Act, ROSCA, FTC rules, or state automatic-renewal statutes are general background, not a legal determination about your situation. Phrases like "services not provided as agreed" describe a common, factual framing for disputes — they are not a legal conclusion that any law applies to you. Laws change; verify current requirements with official sources or an attorney.

  • Provide accurate, truthful information. Never fabricate facts, dates, amounts, ticket numbers, or events.
  • Review and verify everything before you send it, and make your own decision about whether to send it.
  • Use ResolveMyAI only to pursue your own genuine disputes, and comply with the terms of the platforms and payment providers you interact with.
  • Understand that you are solely responsible for the consequences of the actions you choose to take.

No affiliation with the platforms

ResolveMyAI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google, Midjourney, Perplexity, Runway, ElevenLabs, or any other platform referenced. Platform names and contact channels are referenced solely for identification and self-help purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResolveMyAI is provided “as is,” and we disclaim liability for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, the templates, or the information it provides. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
