Delete Your Account

Delete it yourself (website or Android app)

• Sign in at resolvemyai.com or in the ResolveMyAI Android app.
• Open Settings (the “Settings” link at the bottom of any page after you sign in).
• Press “Delete account & all data”, type DELETE to confirm, and press “Permanently delete”.
• Deletion is immediate and permanent. Want a copy first? Use “Export my data (JSON)” on the same page.

Ask us to delete it

Can't sign in? Email support@resolvemyai.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days, then reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• Every case, its timeline, support log and AI drafts.
• All uploaded evidence files.
• Chrome extension connections and any connected email account (access is revoked).
• Your reports about AI drafts.

What is kept

• Anonymized case outcomes you chose to share. They contain no account identifier and cannot be linked back to you.
• Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We cannot delete those.
